Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 6 oz strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold in whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  8. Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water.
  9. Add sliced strawberries to the gelatin.
  10. Pour the gelatin mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
