Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 package (6 oz) strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  8. In another bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water.
  9. Add sliced strawberries to the gelatin mixture.
  10. Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
