A delicious twist on the classic Pop Tart, this Strawberry Pop Tart Pie is filled with sweet strawberry jam and topped with a flaky crust.

- 1 package of refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 cup of strawberry jam
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out one pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
- Spread the strawberry jam evenly over the crust.
- Roll out the second pie crust and place it over the jam.
- Seal the edges and cut slits in the top crust for ventilation.
- Brush the top with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before icing.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make the icing.
- Drizzle icing over the pie and add sprinkles.
Notes
- Use homemade or store-bought jam.
- For a thicker filling, add more jam.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
