A delicious strawberry Oreo cheesecake cup that combines creamy cheesecake with crushed Oreo cookies and fresh strawberries.

- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust in the cups.
- Top with chopped strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
