A light and fluffy strawberry mousse that’s perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend strawberries and sugar until smooth.
- Soak gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
- Heat the gelatin mixture until dissolved.
- Mix dissolved gelatin and strawberry puree.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into strawberry mixture.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
- Can be garnished with additional strawberries.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
