Description

A light and creamy strawberry mousse that is perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Puree the strawberries in a blender.
  2. Mix the strawberry puree with sugar and lemon juice.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve in dessert cups and garnish with fresh strawberries.
