Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Puree the strawberries in a blender.
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, and water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Add the strawberry puree and lemon juice to the saucepan.
- Continue to cook until the glaze thickens.
- Remove from heat and let it cool before using.
