A delicious strawberry earthquake cake that combines a rich cake with cream cheese and strawberry flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the batter into a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter.
  6. Sprinkle diced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
  7. Pour the remaining cake batter over the strawberries.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool, then top with whipped cream before serving.
