Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
  5. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on each pastry square.
  6. Add chopped strawberries on top of the cream cheese.
  7. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling.
  8. Brush the pastries with beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
