Description

A delicious dessert combining strawberry crunch, churro flavors, and cheesecake.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed churro cookies
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup strawberry puree
  • 1/2 cup crushed strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed churro cookies with melted butter.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped cream and strawberry puree.
  6. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Top with crushed strawberries before serving.
