A delicious dessert combining strawberry crunch, churro flavors, and cheesecake.

- 1 cup crushed churro cookies
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup strawberry puree
- 1/2 cup crushed strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed churro cookies with melted butter.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream and strawberry puree.
- Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with crushed strawberries before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Can be made a day ahead.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
