Description
Delicious strawberry crunch bars with a crunchy topping.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix strawberries and sugar. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, graham crackers, and coconut.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread the strawberry mixture over the crust.
- Top with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Let cool and then add whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- For extra crunch, add nuts to the topping.
