Description
Delicious strawberry crumb bars with a buttery crust and crumb topping.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
- Combine strawberries and lemon juice in a bowl, then spread over the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the strawberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container.
- Use other fruits if desired.
