Delicious strawberry cream French toast made with fresh strawberries and creamy filling.
Ingredients

- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Butter for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on two slices of bread.
- Top with sliced strawberries and cover with remaining bread slices.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook each sandwich until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve warm with extra strawberries on top.
Notes
- Use thick bread for better texture.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
- Top with maple syrup if desired.
