Delicious strawberry cream chocolates filled with rich chocolate and creamy strawberry flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g white chocolate
- 50g strawberry puree
- 50g heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Chop dark chocolate and melt it in a double boiler.
- Mix heavy cream and vanilla extract into melted dark chocolate.
- Add strawberry puree to the mixture and stir.
- Pour the mixture into chocolate molds.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the chilled chocolates.
- Let them set for another 30 minutes.
- Remove from molds and serve.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the puree.
- Adjust sweetness to your taste.
- Store in a cool place.
