Description

Delicious strawberry cream chocolates filled with rich chocolate and creamy strawberry flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g white chocolate
  • 50g strawberry puree
  • 50g heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Chop dark chocolate and melt it in a double boiler.
  2. Mix heavy cream and vanilla extract into melted dark chocolate.
  3. Add strawberry puree to the mixture and stir.
  4. Pour the mixture into chocolate molds.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the chilled chocolates.
  7. Let them set for another 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from molds and serve.

Notes

  • Use fresh strawberries for the puree.
