Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup strawberries, pureed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, and strawberry puree.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be served with additional strawberries or cream.
