Description
Delicious strawberry cinnamon rolls with a twist of cinnamon and cream cheese icing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, sugar, butter, salt, and cinnamon to the yeast mixture.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread softened cream cheese over the dough.
- Evenly distribute chopped strawberries on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place slices in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar with a little milk to make icing and drizzle over rolls before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add vanilla extract to the cream cheese icing.
- You can substitute fresh strawberries with frozen ones if needed.
