Description

Delicious strawberry cheesecake stuffed inside crispy eggrolls.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 eggroll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add chopped strawberries and stir gently.
  3. Place a spoonful of filling on each eggroll wrapper.
  4. Fold and seal the wrappers tightly.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the eggrolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
