Description
Delicious strawberry cheesecake stuffed inside crispy eggrolls.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 eggroll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add chopped strawberries and stir gently.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each eggroll wrapper.
- Fold and seal the wrappers tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the eggrolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or chocolate sauce.
- Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
