Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup strawberry puree
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, frying until golden.
- Mix cream cheese, strawberry puree, and powdered sugar in a bowl.
- Once donuts cool, fill each with the cheesecake mixture.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the puree.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
