Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread cream cheese, strawberries, and cinnamon on the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and vanilla to make icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
