Description

A delicious dessert that combines strawberry cheesecake and banana pudding flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup banana slices
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 package vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Prepare vanilla pudding according to package instructions.
  4. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a dish.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Add a layer of banana slices and half of the strawberries.
  7. Pour half of the pudding over the fruit.
  8. Repeat layers, finishing with pudding on top.
  9. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
