Description

Delicious strawberry cake truffles covered in chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberry cake crumbs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix strawberry cake crumbs and cream cheese until combined.
  2. Form small balls with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with decorations before the chocolate hardens.
  7. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.
