Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberry cake crumbs
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix strawberry cake crumbs and cream cheese until combined.
- Form small balls with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with decorations before the chocolate hardens.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Use any leftover cake crumbs for another dessert.
