- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips until evenly mixed.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- These cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Feel free to add sprinkles for extra color.
