Description

Delicious strawberry cake balls made with fresh strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 box vanilla cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the vanilla cake mix according to package instructions.
  3. Fold in chopped fresh strawberries into the cake batter.
  4. Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Let the cake cool completely.
  6. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
  7. Add cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  8. Form mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  10. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  11. Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  12. Allow chocolate to set before serving.
