Delicious strawberry cake balls made with fresh strawberries.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the vanilla cake mix according to package instructions.
- Fold in chopped fresh strawberries into the cake batter.
- Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
- Add cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Allow chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for better flavor.
- Store cake balls in the refrigerator.
- Try adding sprinkles for decoration.
