- 200g beef, sliced
- 150g noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the garlic.
- Add the beef and cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and peppers.
- Add the cooked noodles and mix well.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Use any type of noodle you prefer.
- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
