Description

A savory dish featuring tender beef and chewy noodles in a sticky sauce.


Ingredients

  • 200g beef, sliced
  • 150g noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the garlic.
  4. Add the beef and cook until browned.
  5. Add bell peppers and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Pour the sauce over the beef and peppers.
  7. Add the cooked noodles and mix well.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
  • Use any type of noodle you prefer.
  • For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
