- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and beef, stir-fry until beef is browned.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli, cook until tender.
- Pour sauce over the beef and vegetables, stir to coat.
- Add cooked noodles, toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
