Description

A classic steakhouse-style potato salad with a creamy dressing and fresh herbs.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the diced potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. Drain and let cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cooled potatoes, celery, red onion, and parsley to the bowl.
  5. Toss everything gently to combine.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
