- 1 lb steak, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup queso cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced steak and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until steak is browned and cooked through.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice and queso.
- Add cooked steak to the rice and queso mixture.
- Stir well to combine.
- Serve hot.
