Ingredients

  • 12 cannelloni tubes
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, spinach, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill cannelloni tubes with the ricotta mixture.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Arrange filled cannelloni in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
