- 12 cannelloni tubes
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, spinach, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill cannelloni tubes with the ricotta mixture.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange filled cannelloni in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach for better flavor.
- Let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving.
