Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, spinach, mushrooms, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite sauce.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
- These meatballs freeze well for later use.
