Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and chop the spinach.
  3. In a bowl, mix the spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, eggs, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
