Description

A creamy and cheesy dip made with spinach and artichokes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add the spinach, artichokes, parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with chips or bread.

Notes

  • You can use fresh spinach instead of frozen.
  • For a spicier dip, add red pepper flakes.
  • This dip can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
