Description
A creamy and cheesy dip made with spinach and artichokes.
Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the spinach, artichokes, parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
Notes
- You can use fresh spinach instead of frozen.
- For a spicier dip, add red pepper flakes.
- This dip can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
