- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
- You can add more cheese on top for a cheesier dish.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
