Description

A creamy and savory spinach artichoke chicken casserole.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
