A refreshing salad that combines sweet grilled peaches and salty halloumi cheese, perfect for warm days and light dinners.


Ingredients

  • Halloumi cheese: 250 grams, cut into cubes
  • Ripe peaches: 2 medium, pitted and sliced
  • Mixed salad greens: 4 cups
  • Cherry tomatoes: 1 cup, halved
  • Red onion: 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Honey: 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili flakes: 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and black pepper: to taste
  • Fresh basil or mint leaves: for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fresh produce and pat dry.
  2. Slice the peaches into wedges and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Thinly slice the red onion.
