  • Gochujang: 1/4 cup (60 g)
  • Honey: 1/4 cup (60 ml)
  • Rice vinegar: 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
  • Ginger: 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
  • Cornstarch: 1/4 cup (30 g)
  • Vegetable oil: for frying
  • Sesame seeds: for garnish
  • Green onions: 2, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken wings by rinsing them under cold water, patting them dry, and mixing the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Coat the wings and refrigerate for at least one hour.
