Description
A creamy, spicy soup packed with flavors of jalapeños and chicken.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced jalapeños
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add shredded chicken, diced jalapeños, and spices.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust jalapeño quantity for desired spice level.
- Top with extra cheese or jalapeños if desired.
