- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 avocado, ripe
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Lime wedges, for serving
- Chili flakes, for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with chipotle peppers, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
