Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 servings ramen noodles
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup blanched bok choy
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • Chili oil to taste
  • Toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the broth by combining chicken broth, miso paste, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a large pot. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Slice the chicken after resting.
  3. Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water according to package instructions, about 3-4 minutes, then drain.
  4. Assemble the ramen bowl by dividing noodles into bowls, ladling hot broth over them, and adding sliced chicken, soft-boiled eggs, bok choy, green onions, chili oil, and sesame seeds.
