- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast

- 2 servings ramen noodles
- 2 soft-boiled eggs
- 1 cup blanched bok choy
- 2 chopped green onions
- Chili oil to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the broth by combining chicken broth, miso paste, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a large pot. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Slice the chicken after resting.
- Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water according to package instructions, about 3-4 minutes, then drain.
- Assemble the ramen bowl by dividing noodles into bowls, ladling hot broth over them, and adding sliced chicken, soft-boiled eggs, bok choy, green onions, chili oil, and sesame seeds.
Notes
