- 1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken, cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce.
- Add bell peppers and carrots, cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in green onions and cilantro.
- Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves and serve.
