A quick and easy dish featuring spicy cabbage and ground turkey.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Add ground turkey; cook until browned.
- Stir in shredded cabbage, soy sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until cabbage is wilted and tender.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Great served with rice or quinoa.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
