- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and tender, stirring halfway through.
- Serve warm as a side dish or snack.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili powder.
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
