Ingredients

- 200g spaghetti
- 150g fresh spinach
- 100g sun-dried tomatoes
- 200ml heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cook until spinach wilts.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir, and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine spaghetti with the sauce and toss well.
- Serve warm.
