Description

A creamy spaghetti dish with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.


Ingredients

  • 150g fresh spinach
  • 100g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cook until spinach wilts.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stir, and let simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine spaghetti with the sauce and toss well.
  7. Serve warm.
