Description

A creamy spaghetti dish with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.


Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 100g fresh spinach
  • 50g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well.
  6. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Combine the spaghetti with the sauce and mix well.
  9. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can use fresh or jarred sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Adjust the cream quantity for desired consistency.
