Ingredients

- 200g spaghetti
- 100g fresh spinach
- 50g sun-dried tomatoes
- 200ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir well.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the spaghetti with the sauce and mix well.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can use fresh or jarred sun-dried tomatoes.
- Adjust the cream quantity for desired consistency.
- Can be topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
