- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, layer the sliced bananas.
- In a bowl, mix sugar, melted butter, flour, milk, baking powder, and vanilla.
- Pour the mixture over the bananas.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
