- 100g sourdough starter
- 10g salt
Instructions
- Mix flour and water in a bowl until combined.
- Add sourdough starter and salt, mixing well.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 4 hours, folding every hour.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
- Cover and let rise for another 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
