This is a simple recipe for delicious sourdough garlic bread.

- 1 loaf of sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the sourdough bread in half lengthwise.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, unwrap, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- You can use dried herbs if fresh parsley is not available.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days.
