- 100g sourdough starter
- 10g salt
Instructions
- Mix flour and water in a bowl.
- Add sourdough starter and salt, then knead the dough.
- Let the dough rise for 4 hours, folding every hour.
- Shape the dough into a loaf.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
- Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes.
Notes
- Use a kitchen scale for accurate measurements.
- Store bread in a paper bag for freshness.
- For a crusty exterior, add steam in the oven.
