Instructions
- Mix the sourdough discard, flour, water, and salt in a bowl.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
- Shape the dough and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Let it rise for 2 hours.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 30 minutes.
