Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sourdough discard
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it.
- Let it rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the dough to your desired thickness.
- Add toppings and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Notes
- Use any toppings you prefer.
- This dough can be stored in the fridge for a few days.
- Adjust water for desired dough consistency.
