Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cubed sourdough bread and olive oil.
- Add garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and dried herbs.
- Toss until the bread is evenly coated.
- Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
