- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sourdough starter, flour, olive oil, salt, and garlic powder.
- If using, add dried herbs and mix well.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface until thin.
- Cut into squares or desired shapes.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
